The crankcase is enlarged to improve the cooling and the
grease capacity of the engine identification Sery. For this
purpose there is made an adapter out of one massive piece
of aluminium which is assembled between the crankcase and
the oil-pan. Also there are some cooling fins milled in the
adapter to improve the cooling of the engine. The four-stroke
engine has by warm weather too little cooling surface and
becomes too often scalding hot. The 500cc oil could handle
this hardly and became therefore filthy very quickly. Now
you can put almost one litre of oil in the crankcase and has
the engine become more stable for the temperature.
